"I honestly have no idea why anyone is complaining about this hotel, the hotel does have two buildings so make sure you know which building you need! I went to the wrong building but the staff were more than welcoming to guide me to where I needed to be which was a stone throw away just opposite the other one! After reading comments about how small the rooms are I was surprised when I opened the hotel door! No bigger no smaller than a premier inn or travelodge just your standard size! It’s not suitable for families only for solo/ couples it’s perfect! Extremely clean and soft white towels - lovely breakout areas and rooftop balcony to have complementary hot drinks and snacks from the honesty counter! Currently does have some works getting done around the area however the marketing for this hotel is all around Canary Wharf so it’s a decent hotel! It’s got signage and statues for directions to it so it’s easy to find! The location for it couldn’t be any better your right where you need to be and a 5 minute walk to the main Canary Wharf tube station. £1 charge on arrival for damage insurance which I got £1 returned the following day! "

"It was a really nice hotel and experience. Bed was uber comfortable, noise level low. The corridor did have a slight carpet smell. Would advice that maybe something be done about it but inside the room and else where was great. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was excellent, would not mind if they were syrup options at the coffee machine for some extra variety and touch. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "

"Our stay was awesome! The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, the cleaning was always done well too. The staff was really nice and helpful. I loved the location and how close it was to everything such as the tube, dining options, water area, etc. It was just really nice and so walkable. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We were welcomed by all the staff who saw us which was lovely. We were given information and tips on where to eat and drink as well as clear instructions on room services. All the staff we bumped into from managers to cleaning crew were professional and very polite. We will definitely stay and recommend Thank you"

"Stayed here on a vacation with my small family of three. The hotel is unique and very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is pretty close to Canary Wharf and the bus stop is right out front. Easy hope on to get anywhere. Strangely, London traffic makes everything a half hour away, no matter where you want to go."

"Perfect stay, cannot fault it. Our room was absolutely huge with all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely view too. Parking is really easy and convenient and I think for central London it’s great value. We always stay in Canary Wharf but first time at this hotel and we have already booked to return in a couple of months. "
