The chairs and sofa were so low to the ground we had to add pillows to sit on. Great off street parking and very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had all the amenities needed (wish the freezer compartment in the refer was a bit bigger though). Big closet with lots of hangerrs and they had beach chairs, boogie and...

"Wish we could take this place and move it into a different location. The neighborhood felt very unsafe and is in an affordable living area. It is walking distance to the beach which is around a 15 minute walk however the walk to the beach is not pleasant. Busy streets and industrial buildings and RV’s. For the price we paid we should have stayed in Avila beach."
