Extraordinary staff! Spacious room, very clean and the food was out of this world - excellent quality and all made at their facilities. I absolutely recommend, including experiencing the breakfast.

This is a nice hotel, close to train station. The furniture in rooms is not the most modern but it does the job. Staff is very friendly, breakfast had everything you need (except for fresh vegetables).

Terrific location for someone wanting to be near the Old Town area of Freiburg-- lots of sights, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Train station only a 15-20 minute walk. Comfortable for the traveler who wants comfort for sleeping and bathing, but who spends most of their time out and about. Unbelievably large bathroom for an upgraded (at no charge) economy room!

This hotel has a wonderful little garden with flowers right in front of it. A tram and bus station is right opposite of the hotels main entrance door. You will get a free daily city tour ticket from hotel staff as long as you stay there. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will always return to the same place while visiting Bern. Bring a good friend with you, because the TV- channels offered are really mad.

The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.

Es un hotel muy bonito el desayuno me encantó muy completo y las habitaciones cómodas. Su ubicaciones es quizá un poquito lejos pero el transporte de Berna lo resuelve además q te dan una tarjeta de transporte gratis

Large room with 2 comfortable chairs, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close...

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!

Hotel was walking distance to the city and shopping. For those not inclined to walk the hotel provided tram tickets for the duration of the stay! The hotel also had a great continental breakfast and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly, accommodating and very informative- also spoke excellent English which was a bonus! Planning on staying there again on my next trip to Bern!
