"Great location to all things to do in Porto. Staff was nice, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, fresh fruit and much more. Room was spacious and hotel is updated. Comfortable bed. Only issue was toilet leaked from the bottom creating a pool of water on the floor, but only on day one of a three night stay. I would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect!!"

"The water flow for the toilet stopped late in the night to the morning and we were not able to flush the toilet. The young girl at the snack bar was so rude and unattached to her job. It's unbearable. The lady of the checking account was very nice. Please tell your people not to recommend anyone going to that restaurant down the street. They called the police on us because we didn't want to pay for the raw fish that they served us. Everything else was wonderful, clean and perfect for one overnight stay."

"The hotel was in walking distance to the tourist areas and parking was especially easy. The parking garage is 32 Euro, but it has security and is a very well lit parking garage and connects with the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Great place to bring kids as there are a lot of things like ping pong and a pool table near the lobby. I especially liked that they had a washer and dryer in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again."

"Our room was ready early when we arrived and was spotless. The staff immediately helped us upon arrival as well. All staff was very friendly, including the concierge, bellmen, and wait staff at the pool. The sommelier at the restaurant was knowledgeable and made for a great dining experience in the hotel."
