"Charming hotel in the heart of the old town. Fernanda was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival after we’d had a stressful day. Breakfast could be improved upon, the omelette was average. Room was comfortable for our 1 night stay."

"Perfecto"

"Très bien situé, super hôtel. Parking difficile par contre et tapis désuet."

"Hotel was perfect - clean and comfortable; easy parking; walkable, safe location; friendly and professional staff. Many amenities but we did take advantage of them."

"Very helpful staff. The air conditioning was not working during a hot period and I received a message warning me and asking me if I wanted a refund but I kept the booking. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were very helpful and offered me a fan and complimentary bottle of cold water. For the price I paid it was far more than I expected. "This place was unique, palacial amount of public spaces, historic, great amenities and very helpful staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay"

"Uns hat alles hervorragend gefallen.Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück ist spitze. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut in der Altstadt.Man kann für 5 Euro ca 500 Meter entfernt in einem Parkhaus seinen Wagen abstellen. Ich kann nicht verstehen das dieses Hotel nur 2 Sterne hat Grüße von Günter aus Düsseldorf der schönsten Stadt am Rhein."

"Cozy and clean, nice breakfast. Staff was friendly."

"Choose this place If you like peaceful stroll in the garden after your restful sleep. Exceptional staff, especially Sarah 👏. It is close to Sanctuary of Penha and sorrounded by nature. "

"Parking"

"Quarto limpo, bom café da manhã! Tem restaurantes bem perto e uma praia fluvial a cinco minutos"

"Superb location and very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Free parking near football stadium, just a 5 minute walk"

"Casa de banho muito antiga e pequena, o quarto bom o pequeno almoço bom"

"Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel."
