"Amazing hotel, amazing view, amazing staff!"

"Rooms are very very old , no central air conditioning, no safe box , no windows , beds are comfortable but they don’t provide you with comforters, they give you bey thin blanket , we had no WiFi in our room , every time to make a call I had to go to hallway which was very hot and humid to make a phone call , to go to our room I had to walk outside then inside to go to my room , staff were very friendly, food and breakfast was okay for the money you spend but I will not go back "

"We stayed here for 4 nights the resort was lovely and had beautiful views and many activities to keep kids busy. We enjoyed the night activities and music for adults aswell The only thing was that reception staff are not very knowledgeable and know basic English to help guests out, and at times they were quiet rude and abrupt "

"Room was nothing special and bathroom was dirty, the shower are was just some old flooring. Housekeeping came in twice over 4 nights, she took our old bedding off and left the new one in the bed for us to make. Also the towels only got changed once and when they did the old ones were just left on the floor.
