"I found that as soon as I reached the property the host was quite rude and did not take me into consideration. The room was not what you see in the advert. Let me re phrase this whole hotel is a shambles. I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5 and yet this is a 4. Something LOL. The bar staff are amazing very friendly. The English breakfast was really good too. "BE AWARE… THIS HOTEL IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. Poor service.. They will refuse to serve you any shots of alcohol, or any drink of your choice. They will only serve you with there set menu of mixed drinks. They have one buffet restaurant that only serves food on set hours. This hotel is a FAKE all inclusive hotel. I booked 3 nights, and I checked-out literally after 45 minutes. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said that they will refund me my 3 nights money, or worse case they will charge me...

"I stayed here for 4 nights and I loved it and would definitely go back. We did the all-inclusive so all meals were included. The whole staff is super friendly and they will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and happy. Every meal has tons of options and so does the bar.
