The "Panorama Hike" is the most popular of the trails on Schynige Platte, but just past the Daube guide post about 30 minutes before you return to the Schynige Platte rail station - there is a short path the veers to the left and around a bend and overlooking a valley.

"New and modern rooms are very nice. No need to use EU plug adapter to recharge phones as the charging cords plug directly into wall terminals. Great location just behind the train and boat cruise station. Very affordable 24 hour parking across the street below the Migros shopping mall. Staff is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. Highly recommend. "
