"A truly unique experience that my family loved. The accommodation is over 100 years old, so it creaks, has low doorways and steep stairs but that was what made it charming. The staff were amazing at check in!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, there was plenty of room to spread out, the beds were comfy and our host was very nice and welcoming. We didn't realize that it was geared at people with dogs and some were barking a bit & running around the courtyard but it was overall pretty quiet and also only a few blocks from the beach which was nice to walk on in the morning. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."
