"Our group of 4 had an excellent stay at the Mercer. The room was very clean and modern. Parking was easy and convenient, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had access to all amenities. Public transit was less than a block away. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Really nice place in heart of Montreal. Apartment style room with everything you could need. Kishuk, the front desk person when we checked in, was fabulous. We went to front of building when we should have used back with heavy luggage (email told us this, but didn’t pay attention. He jumped two 50 pound suitcases up the stairs for us. Above and beyond!"
"Everything you need the downtown area are very close, wifi connectivity is great, pretty convenient, my third time to stay at Chrome Hotel, and will do it again next year. 👍👍👍👍👍"
"The hotel was great, rooms were very clean, staff were very pleasant, but outside the hotel there was a homeless camp and people shooting drugs out in the open, which was very unsafe, specially when you are there with kids and trying to explore the area and walk around. "
