"The stay was great the personnel and the installations are so nice. The Breakfast is good, the pool outside the room is a plus. The access to the Beach Club adds an additional value.
The best is the personnel, in our case after the checkout we take a sunset catamaran tour and they let us to keep the car in their space and when come back they allow us to use the shower and give us towels and soap, that’s their level or service.

"I can’t express enough how unbelievably incredible this stay was. The house is insanely gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. The details (concrete steps, built-in speakers, color-changing light up hot tub) made it that much more special. The house staff was incredible. One of our door hinges broke and they fixed it quickly. The house moms took all of our requests for laundry, snacks, drinks, etc. Elsa, the concierge, was able to make great accommodations including getting us house call massages and even recommended a tattoo artist. The beach was beautiful as well. The only thing I would make note of is the beach had larger pebbles in some areas and has large rock formations; still beautiful, but not the kinda place you can just walk up the shoreline. There were cool creatures like hermit crabs, regular little crabs, raccoons, lizards, and some gnats; if seeing these and having them occasionally make it inside (minus the raccoons) is too much for you, perhaps this isn’t the place for you. I loved seeing the wildlife and it made the trip that much more memorable. I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone. "

"Reserva de Golf neighborhood was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Costa Rica. The neighborhood was full of wildlife and the most beautiful landscaping. The house we stayed in was functional and beautifully designed to accommodate a larger family. The cleaning service was so valuable and they took such good care of us. They even swapped out the floral arrangements daily with flowers and plants from around the property. There was a large platter of fresh fruit waiting for us when got there. The pool and outdoor area was so relaxing, although the hot tub didn’t get hot, just warm. The howler monkeys made up for it! The Hacienda Pinilla beach club was so convenient to work out, surf, and pool without leaving the neighborhood. We highly recommend and will definitely come back! "

"The house was perfect for our party of 12. Very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing and the kids loved the pool. I’d definitely recommend the grocery delivery - very nice option. Joel and property management were wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Our flight out was canceled and they were kind enough to find us a property to stay one more night and organize the transportation from and to the airport - all within twenty minutes of our request. We’d happily stay at Villa Solana again! "

"The home is stunning and well stocked. Housing staff is amazing the cooking they prepared was amazing. Made great french toast and pancakes! The concierge staff--too many to mention answered every question whenever I asked timely and promptly. We forgot a bag and they found someone to get it to us before our departing flight! Amazing experience! Would rent again and the community of Hacienda Pinillas is very beautiful and safe! Hreat seurity personnel too! Pura Vida!"

"We stayed at Villa Alegria in July of 2025 with a large group of friends and family. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and very well maintained. It was closer to the beach than I thought it would be, maybe a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We saw plenty of wildlife just in the backyard including geckos, frogs, iguana, crabs, colorful birds and monkeys! The beach club was very nice and the food they served was very tasty. The location was beautiful and convenient, only 30 minutes or so from Tamarindo. Our house Mom Alejandra was fantastic, she cooked a delicious breakfast every morning and kept the whole house neat and tidy. Elsa, our concierge, was attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend this property!"
