"I did wrote to you about before,you dont read previous notes. I left this accomodotion because of that problems with previous owners.I wrote to you about this as well -you dont read it either. You recommending something what doesnt exist officially,causing a lots of trouble for guests and staff.Guests like me leaving hotel with disappointment. Who is going to recompansate a money i lost? "When we arrived there they had over booked and did not have a room available for us. Although we booked 1 month in advance. Their general manager was not apologetic. Seemed like they had an event and they gave our rooms to some dignitaries. "
