"Charged for parking when I already paid in the hundreds for the room. No one told me I needed the card to get out of the garage when I checked out because they were all in the phone but just took my keys and said “you’re good” I then had to pay to get out of the garage. Which you will also charge me from the deposit. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet had a leak. So your feet/socks got wet when you had to use the toilet. For the price, I would never recommend this hotel. Way nicer and updated hotels that don’t nickel and dime you for the same price. "

Place was nice however some updating could be done. 3 of the 4 slides are down, the waterpark/lazy river is a nice rest day but will get boring quickly with the kids. Definitely rent a car or drive if you’re planning to be visiting any of the major attractions, Lyft and uber will be roughly 35-72 per trip so heads up on that. The shuttle the hotel offers is iffy at best"
