The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again . Many thanks for the excellent service . "

"Very central hotel, nice area with good restaurants close by. Staff was not the friendliest and room keeping did not pay attention to the DND sign but apart from that, room was good bed very comfy. "

"our room had a floor to ceiling window plus a smaller one that you could open to get fresh air . it was a good size , did not feel crowded . elevators were prompt and fast . close to subway station. 15 minute walk to city hall . would stay here again. "

Loved Hamburg! Quirks of hotel: corridors are a bit of a maze and it’s easy to get lost, but that’s the only negative and I would stay here again for sure!"
