"All the staff were really helpful and friendly. I got a mail before the staff explaining building work was going on nearby but my room was on the ground floor facing the car park and I heard nothing. Ok, not a great view but I’d take that over quiet. Managed to get the last parking space and it is tight getting in but doable in a small/medium car. "This was a lovely one night stop near the Portuguese area of Hamburg. Easy to walk around and also easy to get lost. Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean. Staff friendly only issue was the language barrier. But you can work through that. "

Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."
