"I wanted an easy check in for a single night in Buffalo. I was surprised how nice the hotel was considering the fair price. The continental breakfast was fantastic and the pool area was beautiful."

"I been on solo trip for the last 3 weeks this was the best Hotel that i stay during that time . It was clean nice part of town. Not far from downtown. The staff was grest, also most hotel stated that they have free breakfast and most of the time it a package muffin , ceral , toast. so you have to go spend extra money on breafast. The Eva hotel had the best breafast during my 3 week trip . They gave you eggs ,bacon , sauge the breafast at the Ava hotel was 5 stars keep up the good work. Also this way my 2nd time staying at the Ava both stay were GREAT."

"Stayed one night for a family event. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a handicapped accessible room. Good shower for such, but the room with two queen beds was small and the wheelchair was hard to maneuver here."
