"Group of 10 of stayed for one night, great welcome from Conor who couldn't be more helpful. Room was spotless with everything you could want including fridge and air con. Downstairs bar is a great place for a drink before heading out for the night and Funny Girls is only a short walk away. Would definitely come here again if looking for a night in Blackpool. "

"This was a last minute booking for me but very happy with everything. I received a courtesy call call to advise of the check in procedure. "We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very comfy bed and a good shower. It was within walking distance of sea front and the trams which run every 15 minutes going to centre Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Parking easy and we had a lovely plentiful breakfast. "

"Really lovely couple who own the place. They were so friendly, polite and always had such a nice welcome off them when we saw them in the morning at breakfast. The breakfast was delightful.
