"To start off my wife and I drove 9 hours to Virginia Beach for a much-needed vacation and to celebrate our anniversary. The room we ended up staying at within the Boardwalk Resort and Villas was amazing with no complaints. However, the weekend did not start out well. I originally booked a room at Diamond Resorts Ocean Beach Club through VRBO. The booking process was simple and completed on March 7th. We arrived and attempted to check in at 4pm on May 2nd.
