"All the staff was very friendly, from the valet, front desk and staff at the penthouse bar. Room was very clean. Location was perfect and walking distance from 3rd street promenade. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice stayed on the 23rd floor and it had a beautiful view of the city! Called the front for extra towels, sheets etc and they got them to us right away! The front staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was we didnt ask for a parking pass to be going in and out of the hotel and we ended up paying to come and go, that on top of the $55 parking was a bit much but overall a good experience definitely would stay here again."

Breakfast is just a granola bar or prepackaged muffin which was not really breakfast, snd parking available means $10 per day. Lots of security cameras especially in parking garage. We loved our balcony. "
