  • Updated 2- bedroom, 2-bathroom is a beautiful condo located on Mickey’s Alley. This villa is in the only four-plex on Harbor Island. It is located on the first floor. Back deck overlooks the protected bird rookery with views of the Harbor River. This beachy Condo is well furnished with updated bedding and a table set for 6 and 2 bar stools ready for family fun. Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 medium housebroken pets under 50 pounds. Sorry, no cats. The Beach and Racquet Club is a short walk away. Beautiful 2 1/2 mile stretch of pristine beach walk is within walking distance with access across the street.

    *Pet fee $50.00 per pet up to 2 pets total...
    ** Please note that the cost of the first vehicle parking pass is included in the booking . Any additional vehicle will need to pay an additional fee based on total number of days staying for a pass at the gate upon entering.. Maximum of two vehicles per stay at Condo.

A great visit!

This condo is such a short walk to the beach that it makes it easy to pop down for a stroll any time of day. We loved the view off the back and caught sight of a few alligators.

Condo was updated (nicer than pictures) with comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of extra towels/linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is wonderful with beautiful views from the deck and very close to a nice beach access. We appreciated being able to bring our Yorkie with us. Mickey was absolutely a pleasure and very responsive.

Property was great, just as described. We cooked every meal in the unit and it was very well stocked for anything we needed. We definately agree with the other reviews that the bird and alligator watching every night was a highlight. Communication with host was great, no issues. Hidden Gem

This was the absolute best place for my family of four. From the chocolate bunnies and 100's of birds nights, to the dolphins swimming off shore, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach and nature this is it. Less than 5 minutes walk to a beach that is never crowded. All the amenities of the island, pools, gift shop featuring treats, fishing, playgrounds, fitness center etc. Also Mickey does a fine job of welcoming you and making sure that you have what you need.

Fantastic Rental!

We fell in love with Mickey’s place. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the layout of the house worked great for kids. The pool was perfect on non beach days and we loved sitting out on the back deck watching all the birds in the canal. Couldn’t have asked for better!!

We were a little nervous switching from a beach front to the lagoon but SO glad we did. The condo is great. Location, size, amenities, comfort, hospitality (Mickey and Shelly were gracious hosts), and the sightseeing is top notch. Great getaway!

Perfect location. Convenient to the pool and beach. Relaxing stay. Enjoyed the back balcony with views of birds and alligators. The gentle waves of the sound offered a refreshing change to the ocean beach. Kids had a blast finding sandollars and seeing lots of dolphins. The Monopoly game was perfect for a rainy afternoon.
