We welcome pets with pre-approval and an additional charge. Please note:
• Dogs must be pre-approved in your reservation request for an additional fee (pet form required before arrival).
• Must be kenneled if left alone in the condo (bring your own kennel).
• Waste cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner.
• Must remain leashed when outside the unit.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (King bed + Queen sofa sleeper).
• If booked through VRBO/HomeAway or direct, booking and processing fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation period.
