"A very nice place and excellent pub food. We stayed in the "annex" across the street from the pub. As they warned, the staris were steep, so those with mobility issues may have trouble. The room was large and the bathroom was good. We only requested room cleaning once during our 6-night stay. The only minor issue was it seemed the common hallways and our room floor was not vacummed. All other services were excellent. We would definitely return to the Rose & Crown."

"The room was big and the bed comfy, with the staff friendly, however having just reopened it is in need of some work. One wall mounted socket (head height) for a TV coffee machine and a kettle, with the kettle cord not reaching the plug was not good. The amenities were lacking in the shower, and there was rust on the frame holding the wash hand basin in the bathroom. All of which was disappointing. Also £20 for breakfast was a bit steep!"

"Everything about our two night stay was very good but let down by an incident that occurred sometime in the last twenty four hours of our stay between 10.00am on the 9tbJune and 10.00am. My wife had two bottles of perfume stolen from her suitcase worth £200 in total and we knew that we had left the perfume there before we left to attend my brother in law's funeral at 11.00am on the 9th June. This really left a sour taste in our throats as everything else about our stay were very good. The room was clean,comfortable and well-appointed and the food was incredible especially the Indian meal we had on the evening of the 8th of June. I would go as far as saying it was the best Indian food I had ever eaten anywhere in the UK. It's a shame as we were recommended to stay there by my niece and her husband, Jo and John who sang praises about the Falcon Inn. Perhaps it was just a one off but sadly we will not be staying there again but would like to go back for a meal next time we visit Warwickshire. I hope the owners take appropriate action."

"Overall really enjoyed our stay and found the room to be nice. However, Room 1 could do with a bit more privacy esp in the bathroom as there was no way to completely cover the window and with the partially see through curtain you could see in and out. Sosie was amazing and provided some extra towels so we could make it a bit more private in there. I found her to be super friendly and welcoming. In addition whilst every staff member was friendly Sosie felt very genuine."

"The staff and facilities were excellent and we will stay again. The only issue was in restaurant, the food was very good when we eventually received it. Some guests became so tired of waiting they asked for a refund: we assume there are not enough staff in the kitchen??"

"This location was unusually nice. Yes, the rooms are above a pub, but it was very quiet, at least while we were there. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking is a bit of a walk, down the street at the local race track, which has a very secure locked gate to their lot. It was included in the price and wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was extra special. A wide variety of items to choose from. I would return just to sit and have breakfast again. Extremely pleasantly surprised by our stay there."
