"Excellent location. Staff so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic . The rooms are so small and only one drawer to store clothing. Be prepared for the smallest rooms. Bathroom small but efficient."

"Great breakfast, unfortunately the beach and outdoor pool was closed. Apparently the beach opens March 14th. The property even though away from the main is easy to travel back n forth on bus that comes onto the property directly from airport. And to get around. Beautiful resort"

"Standard cabin was combined with man and woman felt not safe. it must be separated. I feel not safe if the man is sleeping next door. the guy next door was snoring very loud that I could not sleep at all. left side woman was talking on the phone at 2am midnight. all different country traveller does not understand japanese or English makes so hard to stay. because they do not follow the rules. I would not stay again. Metro subway was close. but so many exit so you have to know where to exit. otherwise walking so much for nothing. Check in and out without a real person was a little bit hard too. the way translate English and Japanese for reservation ID are different.took time to check out."

"We loved staying at this Hotel, a hidden gem. The hotel is modern, comfortable, clean and the restaurant is fantastic. It is also close to various trains and subways, so easy access to the rest of Tokyo."

"Good generic hotel that has most of what you would want. The room did not have an air purifier /humidifier included by default like most 3* hotels we've stayed at during our trip. Very central location to Ikebukuro. Airport Limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel. Busy and very big hotel necessitating the use of the elevator which was very annoying during busy times. We once had to wait over 20min due to it being too full three times once it got to our floor. The temperature cannot be controlled in the rooms. It was at times very warm due to warmer than usual temperatures at the end of winter."

"I loved everything about this hotel: the location, the rooms, the staff. I was right in the middle of everything with access to transportation and a lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the city. Also particularly attractive was proximity to the Spa LaQua onsen, which was only a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay again there in the future!"

"A nice hotel right beside the train tracks. We booked a 5-bed connecting room for four people, using the sofa bed in one room as our social area. Our 4th-floor room faced the tracks, which were noisier than I thought. Since trains run from 5 AM to midnight, as a light sleeper, I struggled to fall back asleep the first two nights. But on the bright side, if you are a train fan, the sunset views are lovely. 我們四個人訂了一間有5張床的連通房，並把其中一間房下舖的沙發床當作大家的交誼空間。我們的房間在4樓，窗戶打開就可以看到電車。因為電車從早上5點營運到半夜12點，實際上的鐵道噪音比我想的還要吵。身為一個淺眠的人，前兩個晚上我都沒睡好，早早醒來後因為電車噪音吵到睡不著，第三個晚上就可能累到或有點習慣了。不過，如果你不討厭火車的話，從房間的大窗戶看出去的夕陽景色真的很美。"
