"This hotel was amazing and in a great central location. And not to mention right across from the train station. Which was a huge help! My favorite part of my stay was the pajamas they offered. Breakfast is served during a reasonable time and the front door is locked only to guests after hours for ensured safety. Keeping it in my log book for future trips to Japan 👏"

"The AC has only 3 settings and it was so hot even with the coolest setting. The tub is so high it’s difficult to get into. The rooms are so small we could not open our luggage. They also do not clean rooms or change sheets unless you stay over 3 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and outside. "

"Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you can’t have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom you’d see on a boat. Number of guests they’re squeezing in is likely the issue with the elevator, so many rooms with so few elevators. Had included breakfast but it was so jammed with people we only were able to use it once. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean."

"The hotel is located close to tourist spots like ; “ Memory lane “ , “ the Godzilla head at the Hotel Gracery at Shijuku” and “ Gold-Gai “ etc. Also close to restaurants, seven eleven, family mart, a McDonald . Clean room but no cabinets for clothes. "

"It was a small room but we paid a very low low price they had a tooth paste,tooth brush, hair brushes, shampoo conditioner blow dryer, they called a Taxi for us at check out time it also has a money exchange machine (but it only takes cash) and is next to a train station so it worked perfect for us it was pretty cool for the price 5/5 oh and staff is pretty great !!!"

"Can't fault anything about this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, quiet. Everything needed for a good night's sleep in an excellent location. Would highly recommend "
