"Enjoyed our stay especially the pool which we used every day,nice and warm which you can’t always say for hotel pools.Convenient bus stop outside the hotel which we used to go into Stratford,Warwick and leamington spa so never used the car for the four days of our stay. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Overall we had a brilliant time. The hotel is impressive, think shabby chic. Spent two nights in a junior suite. Great location for walking into Stratford Upon Avon. The gardens and views are beautiful and the spa was great. We had an evening meal there and two breakfasts - you can’t fault the food, it was delicious. The issue was not enough staff so we had to wait a long time for our meal and breakfast on the 2nd day was chaos due to only 2 people looking after 117 guests. Despite this, we would def stay there again and loved it, but with better management of staff the experience could be epic. The staff are trying their best, there’s just not enough of them. If you want a classic period building in beautiful surroundings, this place is for you. "
