"The check in staff was so rude! Indifferent to Our needs! On the last day needed someone to help with luggage- there was no one! Front desk guy was simply rude. For a resort property you would expect much better service with great care and empathy!!!"

"Please note there is an additional $45 per day parking or $5 per hour. Rooms are little outdated. Sliding door at our room were very hard to open. No hooks or bars for towels in the bathroom. Big plus - washer/dryer available outside the room. Starbucks at the hotel also a big plus."

"Was told the property would be ready for check in at 4 PM, and was not ready until after 5 PM. The room was clean and direct access to the beach was great to accomdate to not having access to my room. Would recommend."

"Unfortunately the hotel staff has not been caught up to speed with the new renovations that have been made. The hotel looks amazing, the cleanliness needs work. The staff is lost, hopefully they improve over time. "

"Our flight was very early in the morning, so we waited until 4pm for check in but did not get our room til 5!!! They said it took longer because they were still cleaning just to finally go up to our room and the shower and counters were still dirty. We asked for another room and the front desk was very rude about it. Very upsetting. She stated it was a hotel and not a hospital and that the rooms are cleaned to their standards. Not a good start to the vacation. Breakfast was the same buffet every morning. The rooms were a decent size. We had two bathrooms which was nice and a living room space and balcony. "
