"The staff at any hotel are front-face of the hotel. The staff I interacted with at the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are excellent! They go out of their way to help! My only disappointment was I ran out of handkerchives on the first day and the box wasn't replaced. I'm not sure if that's a policy at the hotel. The room I had was a decent size and thankfully it was warm. As I was attending a conference I was not in the room much. For me, the hotel was very conveniently located and there is a supermarket nearby too."

"Great hotel in a great location! Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was good quality with lots of selection. We also loved being able to walk just a few minutes to take the train to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. "

"Hotel was very nice, staffed well with nice decor. Room was exquisite as well as shower and bathroom. Gym has treadmill, dumbbells, multiuse resistance training machine, as well as yoga mats and blocks. Couldn’t recommend more! Nearby two metro lines and many more tram lines."

"Convenient location, with a metro station nearby, and a short walk to Museum Quarter and the city centre. Room was big, warm and comfortable - the shower on the small side, but everything clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection each morning and long opening hours, so rarely very busy. You can hear noise outside your room in the corridors (doors banging), but only a minor issue. Staff were very helpful throughout, and there is a luggage room to leave bags upon checkout. As a good budget option I'd certainly stay here again."
