"The heating on site is really bad in the room. The bedroom got so hot at night that I complained and they offered me nothing. I demanded that they at least provide me with drinking water. The room I was in only had 1 small window that was overlooking the street so all the noise from the main road filtered in. The Aircon only went to 18 and the heating was too high for the Aircon to be felt. The night staff that I was dealing with were not the most helpful or considerate. The day staff at reception on the other hand were incredible and very helpful. Night staff need better training. They stated I was the only one that complained?! So was the fact that I came through "

"My check-in was not great since for some reason I had a very small room with a queen bed and in the second floor where we had to go up about ten steps...I had stayed in a larger (although not great room) a week earlier and had even requested a paid upgrade for the last few days of my trip."

"Very nice hotel located in the inner city of Vienna, just a couple of blocks from St. Stephen Cathedral. Other tourist attractions such as Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School, Rathaus, Vilksgarten, etc. are all easily walkable from the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with numerous options and there are many dining options ranging from wurstel stands to cafes to Michelin starred restaurants within a few blocks. There is also a lot of shopping options within this area ranging from souvenir shops to chocolatiers such as Lindt’s and higher end stores such as Swarovski. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Over all nice, aside from housekeeping decided to enter the room one morning when I requested no service, so that was a bad way to wake up. The day I left they did the same thing before check out time and rushed me to get out, at 10:30 when check out was at 11. "

"Great hotel, which is a few minutes walk from the main train station and a five minute walk to Belvedere Palace. Staff were friendly, room was clean with a great view of the city! Didn’t have breakfast there, however the bar downstairs was lovely. There is a rooftop bar too, whilst it’s only open in the summer months, I did manage to get up there and the views were superb!"

"The Hotel was in a perfect location with only a 5 minute walk to get to the museum quarter. The rooms were well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout the whole of our stay. All staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful! There is a Spar on the walk to the museum quarter that sells fresh snacks & is well stocked for picking things up on your way out or back in to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!"
