"Hotel is ok to stay at to get back and forth from LAX airport since they have a free shuttle that is free if you stay at this hotel and is very reliable. The hotel is ok the rooms are large, nice large tvs in the room to relax etc. There is a swimming pool outside but no heated water is very cold. The elevator to our room was not working so was a bit tedious walking up to the room with luggage. I was not a fan is check in time of 4:00 pm should have been able by standard to get in by 3:00 pm (this is most hotels). To fair to the hotel they were accomating as they store your luggage in the back if you show up early and want to go shopping etc. They also were willing to go into another room a bit earlier which was nice. Nearby all there are some fast food restaurants a nice hamburger place, chickadees, cars junior just a short walk down the road. Overnot a bad hotel at all to stay...recommended"

"This hotel is definitely not 4 stars. Location is decent but rooms, elevators, and hallways need a facelift or at minimum be fixed by quality professionals. I have stayed at plenty of DoubleTrees with no complaints but this one doesn’t live up to the standards. The room was not cleaned well, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the shower caulk was black, the shower floor was stained with black mark, and the whole room just felt outdated. Unfortunately we could not get a refund so we sucked it up and stayed for the one night we booked. Avoid this hotel if you are paying and expecting a four star hotel, this is definitely not it. I wish you the best if you decide to move forward with your booking as I did and hopefully it a better experience. "

"This hotel was very clean and fancy inside. We stayed 4 nights and everyday our room got cleaned for us. The bar inside the hotel was very nice, the drinks were good. We checked out the pool for a bit, its outdoors surrounded by Palm trees. The only thing I’d say I didnt like was the price for parking at the hotel every day. It’s a parking garage and it’s $66 a day I believe. There’s another parking lot fenced in right next to the hotel and it’s $34 a day. That’s the one we parked at, it’s separate from the hotel, I believe it’s a parking lot for rental cars but they allow regular parking too."

"Overall Experience: Good with Some Issues I had a mostly positive stay at this property, though a few issues prevented it from being perfect. Room Quality The room size was great and overall decent. However, cleanliness could have been better—the lampshade between the beds had visible stains, the couch also had noticeable stains, and while the restroom was acceptable, it wasn’t spotless. Amenities The property offers excellent amenities that I really enjoyed. The outdoor area includes a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and lounge space with a firepit table. The indoor lobby amenities were also nice and well-maintained. Service Issues The front desk staff were nice and welcoming throughout my entire stay, which I really appreciated. However, I encountered two frustrating issues. First, I requested additional towels that never arrived, I assume they were forgotten. Second, and more concerning, I was charged twice for parking despite never having a car parked at the property. I called and left a message for the manager about the double charge but never received a callback, which was disappointing. Final Thoughts Despite the cleanliness concerns and billing issue, I enjoyed my stay overall. The amenities are a strong point, but the property needs to improve communication and attention to detail to earn a full five-star rating."

"The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly, check in was fast and simple, the room was clean, the breakfast plentiful, both hot and cold options available catering for most individuals requirements. A lovely little gem located in close proximity to LAX, would definitely recommend this hotel."
