Met our needs and then some. Only suggestion is to have tv on adjustable mounting in order to watch tv in bed as well as from the sitting area. "

"For the price and location in Steamboat, the Folds Hotel was perfect for our family vacation with small kids. They are currently remodeling the exterior but our recently renovated room inside was very modern and comfortable. Quick access to the downtown and resort was key as we were able to use our room as a home base between activities to rest and regroup. The outdoor mini-golf area and hot tub were nice bonuses. The price for our two bedroom was almost half what the surrounding hotels charged. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!"
