"The person who checked us in was abrupt and not helpful. We later went back down to check out and spoke to a different person, they were more helpful. They tried to give a different type of room then I reserved, I insisted I had reserved a king bed and I did get one. In the room half the lights did not work or half the plug ins. The refer and coffee pot did not work either. Would not recommend or stay there again. "

"The hotel is in good location (close to trams and buses). Many shopping options close by. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The room and beds are good. Only complaint is the shower door cannot be closed, so water is spilled on the floor."

"Good basic accommodation. The room and hotel were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The shuttle bus is reliable there are about 2 each hour. So you might have to wait. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Thank you Ibis Budget."

"Very nice hotel but … keep in mind that bathroom is tiny!! If you are a big person maybe reconsider this option. Also is a little far from city center so will need taxi/uber to move around. Other than that it was very clean and a nice stay. They have a microwave in lobby just in case. Staff was friendly!"
