Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Watch rabbits & deer from the lit patio or have a cup of coffee on the front porch. The large sunroom has a dining table that doubles as a poker table for evening fun (chips & cards provided), a breakfast nook & roku TV. Try yoga in the quiet backyard or enjoy a movie on the roku TV in the comfortable living room. Cook dinner in full kitchen or throw burgers on the propane grill. Large driveway is U shaped for trailers or boats. Black Hand Gorge is 4 miles for hiking. Close to hunting areas in Frazeysburg or Dresden. Denison University is 20 miles west. Virtues Golf Course is 5 minute drive. Legend Valley concert is 20 minutes.

Trip to Dresden Ohio
My sister and I stayed here on our trip to Dresden OH. It was very clean and was a nice touch for the items in the pantry. Very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer grazing out back and one evening sitting out on the back porch listened to an owl hooting in the woods. They have so many things to do, checkers and darts on the back deck, books to read or just watch TV. Love the little cafeteria booth in the dining room!!!! Would recommend for anyone for a relazing get away
