"This property was exceptional. The staff upgraded us to a better room when they found out it was our honeymoon. They put champagne and hearts in our room to decorate it after we came back one day. When my husband got sick, they were beyond helpful. The food was incredible there too. We had the burger and cheese plate and it was wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough seriously. I a picky customer but this place wxceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back. "

"Loved the outdoor area with lounge seating right on an isolated private canal. The rooms are very small but modern and clean with everything you need. The lobby is very nice with self served coffee, drinks and snacks 24 hours/day. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all hours. Right across the street is a great museum with an amazingly good restaurant The Cafe- a must! The walk to center city was short, 15 min with a quick ferry ride, and allowed us to enjoy living like locals, and be close to all attractions without staying in the middle of all the noise and bustle. Yotel was SO QUIET! I think the rooms must be sound proof? We were very happy we chose it! "

"Had a lovely 3 night stay in the wellness panorama room. I requested a canal view and was also able to check in early which was so convenient!!! Location a bit out of the centre about a 35/40 min walk BUT you can get a tram into central station which is a 5 min walk away and only 3 stops on the tram. And there’s other trams local to other areas. Would book again and highly recommend to friends & family :) "

"Great place with friendly staff, quirky decor. A bit away from the city centre but conveniently walkable from the metro. I was grateful for the quiet atmosphere that is hard to find in hostels. Pods were clean and spacious. The locker was very secure and well accessible under the bed - though the bathrooms needed a bit more attention, especially in the mornings as lots of people use it all at once. Overall, nothing to complain about. The food and coffee at the restaurant was pretty great. Recommend this place!"
