"We chose Eugenia Haus for a family celebration of my wife’s and my 70th birthdays. It was a wonderful place to celebrate with family members of all ages. The hosts, John and Jacqueline were so gracious and welcoming and provided us with helpful information and recommendations for our stay. The property is beautifully appointed with lots of room. "Verena was a great host. We had a large group and rented all the rooms. Everything was perfect in the house. As to location, it’s great. The train station is across the street. A restaurant is next door. The lake is across the train tracks. And the views from every window is fantastic. Highly recommended."

"We stayed here for two nights before our flight home. Was a nice location to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The beds were very comfortable. "

"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"Excellent hotel, beautiful room, with very comfortable beds. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Loved our stay here. My only issue was breakfast, the service was terrible, the staff were faffing about trying to look busy rather than service customers, it took 25 mins from ordering for the cooked option to arrive and the place was a ¼ full at best. I would recommend you get breakfast elsewhere."
