"Also ich muss sagen ich wĂŒrde dort noch nicht einmal wieder rein gehen wenn ich dafĂŒr Geld bekommen wĂŒrde, so etwas widerliches und ekelhaftes wie diese Unterkunft habe ich noch nie erlebt ĂŒberall Schimmel und alles ist extrem heruntergekommen und kaputt, sogar das Klopapier hatte Schimmel. "Apartment is great and totally as advertised. Air conditioning is a huge relief in the summer. It’s a little bit outside of the heart of Vienna but is right by plenty of public transit options so it’s super easy to get anywhere you want to go and makes for a nice, quiet home base for a Vienna stay"

"Den Heizkörper konnte man nicjt abschalten, daher hatte es im Zimmer 28Grad. Weiters war 1 Teil des Bettes kaputt (Lattenrost eingebrochen). Das Bad Wc musste man sich teilen mit anderen. Wir haben im Zimmer am Sessel und Bett schwarze Haare gefunden, obwohl wir blond sind. Das Gemeinschaftbad war dreckig und es gab kein WC Papier. Nie mehr wieder!!!"

"We loved our stay, spacious apartment, kitchen well-stocked with gear, lovely patio, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. Very easy to get tram into downtown; buy 7-day tourist pass online, not available at kiosk, and you will have access to the excellent public transit at all times. Christian is on-site, and is very helpful"

"GrundsĂ€tzlich sehr gerĂ€umige und schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Allerdings mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern. Von 6 LĂ€mpchen imBad bei den Waschtischen waren 3 ausgebrannt. Ebenso im Wohnzimmer. Die Klinke der TerrassentĂŒre ist schlecht verschraubt- eine Schraube steht sogar raus. Das kleine Schlafzimmer dĂŒrfte frĂŒher eine KĂŒche gewesen sein - die WasseranschlĂŒsse sind noch dort und die Leitungen sehr schlampig verkleidet. Im WC wurde anscheinend bei der Wasserleitung gearbeitet und danach die...
