"Amazing resort for families , so much activities for the kids from pool to waterpark to a very nice play area in addition to the kids entertainment each evening , we spent 6 days that were extremely awesome , and definitely we are going back again next year"

"Overall an enjoyable stay at this hotel. I liked the sandy and shallow beach, the cabanas were a bonus with the room, which meant I didn't have to fight for a beach lounger. Lots of options at breakfast and lunch. Dinner at Si La was great. Food options for the all inclusive package exceeded my expectations. Staff were friendly. Thank you Nina, at breakfast and lunch. Thanks to Stelios at Swell. George the bell boy. The friendly engineer who fixed the sliding door in my room. And Haris for facilitating my room upgrade."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amirandes Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our bungalow room was lovely. We especially enjoyed being able to walk straight out and look at the sea. The main pool is huge, with plenty of space to relax, and there are lots of activities available throughout the week. We particularly loved the padel, olive oil tasting and pottery making. I also had the signature massage, which was a full-body treatment. I love a massage, and this was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The poolside team were always so smiley and attentive, regularly bringing us drinks and making us feel very well looked after. The cleaners were equally friendly, and our room was immaculate every day. We ate at the buffet most evenings, but we also visited Blue Monkey. If you are staying on a half-board basis, they offer a €20-per-person credit against the bill, which was a lovely bonus. The food there was delicious. The buffet staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and we especially loved the pancake lady! The morning team were also fantastic, taking our coffee orders as soon as we sat down. Every member of staff helped make our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Amirandes Hotel and would love to return."

"We stayed in a junior suite. Overall the room was lovely and the view over the beach was the best part. As we were in a suite a sofa would have been nice but there was one chair. The staff at Expedia were very good and answered every query efficiently so will definitely be using Expedia again. Also the hotel staff were very polite. The food area were very clean and had a sufficient variety of options every day although there was always a shortage of spoons and cups. Everyone was constantly asking the staff for more of these. Beach towels, you had to pay 2€ to change which was a surprise. There was no bar after 9pm and there was only 2 sofas by the bar to sit after you had eaten. We probably won't stay at this hotel again but overall we had a nice stay."

"The staff are lovely and the room was cleaned every day however the sharing pool needs better cleaning and sweeping around as lots of sand around the private pool area"

"Smaller, older hotel which was just the right size for a relaxing break. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some parts of the property were a little tired but this did not detract from the overall experience. Beach was lovely as was the large pool. Food was varied and of a high standard."

"This is a beautiful resort with a gorgeous beach and wonderful restaurants. It’s very quiet and has a lot of families with young children. The rooms are spacious with nice balconies and I would stay here again if I ever go back to Crete."
