"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Very good place to stay with a larger group. The host was very kind and communicative. It’s a great location (not far from the underground/bus stops) and a very well-kept property. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. "

"Superb Apartment in Central London - just 2 stops from Liverpool Street, so very little travelling is required to be right in the heart of London.Spacious property - with all kitchen utensils, towels etc.Lay out was absolutely ideal with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom per floor - so no over sharing.No issues with arrival or finding the place.Highly recommend this property."

I sent an email and a message on the platform to the property host to inquire about a few things, but there has been no response to date. 2. Poor internet connectivity 3. Boiler not heating water: The boiler did not heat the water; there were errors on the boiler suggesting the pressure was low . I have photos and, if needed, will share. 4. Dirty: visibly dirty inside the property."

"Good property with a 5-10 minute walk to the King's Cross train/underground. Also, plenty of bar and restaurant options including one right out the door to the right. The beds were good. A good place for my son and I."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away."
