Extremely well run. Everything from opening doors to checking out was incredibly smooth through usage of their app. The room itself was beautiful and extremely clean, and there were a plethora of amenities. Will definitely be staying at a Numa property the next time I am visiting Europe.

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

Very good customer service by the front office people. Very clean and accommodating. Easy 15 minute walk to opera house. Overall great day.!

I’ll start by saying that this is the only place I’ll ever stay at if I come back to Vienna. Hotel is new, rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful and super helpful. We had a great time at this hotel and loved using all their amenities such as the bar, sauna and the pool. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is right across the street from the hotel and will take you into town. There’s restaurants and a wonderful castle (Belvedere) in the area. Aldi is 8 minutes...

We choose this apartment hotel for a long weekend visit rmto Vienna. Its about 20 minutes out from the city centre using the Tram. The communication before the trip was good. The room was lovely. Everything was clean and spotless.

Numa is a fabulous new hidden gym in the heart of Vienna's 4 corners. While the main street itself is loud, the hotel is sound proof, irrelevant which side of the building you're on. Black out curtains & luxury bedding, wooden minimalistic dekor but 'at home' vibes. Nespresso machine, black & white D&D design bathrooms, great water pressure, tea kettle, & quiet! Easy check in & out w/ key pads, I found myself back a few times throughout my summer work travels. Many thanks, Numa!

The front desk attendants were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The shower had hot water and the room was clean. We loved the quiet location! It’s in walking distance to the train station and subway and trams.

We lived there 7 nights. It is a clean, calm hotel in a good location. The kitchen in the room is very convenient.
