Everything is excellent except internet connection is not very reliable. The communication with manager first starts with ai agent and then connects you to a human who simply tells you internet is fine and all their network devices are working. Also there is no towel exchange despite the fact we stayed for 5 nights.

This hotel is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast extraordinary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier. Front desk staff exceptional! Room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this property if you have experience with metro/public transportation which is quite convenient to the hotel.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.
