"Location and price good for us. Single beds were a problem but we knew that when we booked - not sure how much more expensive for a queen size. No mini fridge a problem for a three night stay. Breakfast a problem - you had to book the day before, but we did not know our morning plans and no gluten free or lactose free options. It cost a lot to have breakfast in town- we normally buy diet friendly band out it in a room fridge"

"The hotel location is reasonably good. I came to Vienna by bus, and left by air. It is a 7 or 8- minute walk to the hauptbahnhof (from which the OBB operates a train to the airport every 30 minutes), and if you have luggage, you can take the O-tram, which reduces the walk to one block. While not fancy, the hotel provides a basic but comfortable room for sleeping."

"A nice hotel close to family who we were visiting. Also near a variety of transport (tram, train and taxi). Breakfast was excellent. I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. I slept with the window open due to the heat (even though it was icy cold outside) and personally found the road noise too much and it disturbed my sleep. "We got a room that was nothing like the pictures on their site. When I phoned the lady for some additionally items she was very helpful. The listing did not state it was a shated communal kitchen. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. On a positive side it was quiet and the tram stop was at the end of the road so a good location. "

"Literally the best hostel ive stayed at and ive been to more than i can count. This place was extremely clean, everything was convenient. There was always soap, toilet paper, we had locked lockers.
