"Everyone was amazing and took so much care of us. From the beginning meeting Odaly’s whom boss Andrea was also so accommodating for my 40th birthday trip. Michelle was also such a sweetheart and made sure that she greeted us every time she ran into us. Orquidia at the spa was so welcoming and made sure we had the best experience there. My message therapist Jessica did an amazing service. The security guard Angel was always on top of making sure everything was secure and safe. Along with his partner Diana who always greeted me and asked if all is going well. The team at this temptations resort was magnificent! It was like one big family’s "

Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting.
