Every question was answered promptly, and it truly felt like Jeff cared about making our stay special.The amenities were stellar — everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided. The location could not have been better. Being so close to the walking path along 30A and convenient public beach access made it easy to enjoy morning walks, bike rides, and effortless beach days.The only minor note is that the interior of the home shows a bit more age than the photos suggest. That said, everything was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, and it did not take away from our overall experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic location and a host who truly goes above and beyond!"

"What an incredible hotel stay. From the minute we checked in to our departure the staff was welcoming, helpful & extremely professional. You can tell they love their jobs. The room was immaculate with a beautiful view from the balcony of the blue green water of the gulf. (4th floor) I highly recommend this hotel that had 3 heated pools. "

"What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
