"If I come back to Tokyo, I wouldn’t mind booking a room here. It was conveniently close to the train station, had good restaurants, and beautiful little gardens nestled in this charming town. The bath house was an incredible treat to end the day after walking 20k+ steps. My only complaint is the room was too small, but I understand that may be the standard in Japan, and the elevator was painfully slow and small, fitting only a few at a time. But all in all, it was worth it."

"Enjoyed staying here! Staff were very helpful and attentive. This is another family focused and large group hotel. Everything was updated and clean. They are conveniently located next to Shinjuku Station and shopping areas. We were able to walk from here to Gyoen Gardens for the Cherry Blossom viewing. They also have a station for Baby Cal the stroller rental company. There is also a bus company that stops here to drop off and pick up tourist headed to the airport. They offer washer & dryer on site. Staff are helpful and patient. I would stay here for my next travels to Tokyo. "

"The Tokyo Dome Hotel is huge, and busy, but it never felt like too much. The room was spacious and beautiful and the staff at the hotel is perfection. They were all so incredibly kind and helpful - offering us umbrellas for the day when it rained etc. The breakfast buffet was stellar! They took care of our luggage forwarding to Kyoto so easily, too. Let me give you just one example of their extreme hospitality: the night we arrived, it was too late in the evening to go out to eat so we went up to the rooftop bar to have a drink or two and a handful of small bites. As always, they pull out and push in your chair when you arrive and sit...but at one point I rose to go use the "facilities' and when I returned, the waiter was right there to pull my chair out...BUT, when I sat down, my shirt brushed my napkin and chopsticks onto the floor (the waiter had walked away). By the time I bent over to pick them up, he was right beside me with a new napkin and pair of chopsticks. This hotel is great. You're not in any part of old town that feels like Japan (which is the only downside), but it is perfection as a hotel."
