"I had a wonderful stay at &Here Tokyo Ueno. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps away from subway stations, the Narita Skyliner, and Ueno Park, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The surrounding area is filled with shopping and dining options, and convenience stores are right nearby for quick needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more welcoming. Our 3 beds room located on the 9th floor was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and quiet — perfect for resting after a busy day in Tokyo."

"The hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating. They treated us well during our stay. The spa was fully included in the price of our stay & it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The spa was clean & provided everything from brushes & blowdryers to curling & flat irons. The hotel was located close to the train station, which was convenient. There were tons of restarants & clothing/shoe stores within walking distance. It was very quiet inside the hotel, but very noisy outside from the train & outdoor dining areas. "I was attending a concert at the Tokyo Dome facility. This hotel was perfect! Quite a number of hotel guests were attending the same concert. The facilities were good the WiFi could have been faster but was useable.
The cleaning stff were particulalrly helpful.
If you are staying on the Executive floor do make use of the lounge - I only managed to do so once becuase I was busy - an excellent selection of quality spirits on offer although they could have perhaps had a craft beer selection. Maybe next time!?"
