"Breakfast was included, tasty and good value. Room was large and clean but rather sparse, plenty of room for sofa or armchairs but none available also no hand towels, out of stock apparently"

"Everything was good/ great, the swipe cards and the elevators reduced my experience. Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars"

"A great stay. Post modern with a contemporary chic feel and a comfy bed, which enabled a restful sleep. A quality hotel in the heart of Northbridge. We will likely return again. Thanks."
