"We loved our stay - the apartment was finished to a really high standard, e.g. smart desk, sky TV, boiling water tap. This meant we enjoyed hanging out in the apartment (and even cooked dinner in one night because we wanted to spend more time there). We loved the eggs and bread for breakfast too! The area is perfect - so many great food, drink and shopping options. We loved The Ben Nevis (especially their trad nights) for drinks and Five March for dinner. "

So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...
