"Host cancelled on Friday evening- we were booked from the Sunday. VRBO helpfully suggested alternative and said our money would be refunded for this booking. So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...

We were there for 4 nights and found the apartment was in a perfect location to get into the city centre on the subway or take a leisurely walk along the river. We were close to great food and music! The apartment was just as it appears to be in the photos and was comfortable. Rosa thought of everything you'd need as a guest. It came with a fully equipped kitchen. Also we had a nightmare trying today get you to find us alternative accommodation spending hour's on the phone trying to resolve the problem"
