The bathroom was filthy this was not worth 150+ dollars for my 2 day stay. The pipe was coming out of the wall and shooting water back into the wall. The towels looked like they were soaked in nicotine. They told me no smoking but my room smelled like an ashtray. They said no pets but they brought the pets with the roaches in my room. The tub was completely delaminated and unsafe. The walls were missing paint. I actually left the room one night and stayed in the hopsital instead cause it was cleaner and safer. Do not stay here.

I saw 2 live roaches, shower had black build up all around the shower, lifted the sheets to see the mattress and it had mold or stains on it. There were stains on the ceiling and the door looked like it was kicked in with duct tape on it. The staff were very friendly though.

HORRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Mold, dirt, bugs.. very sketchy, lots of people outside making noise ALL night, cops there for over an hour with lights going. Just a horrible experience and I didn’t sleep at all!

The bathroom look like a murder scene, the phone in the room had its line cut so I couldn’t make a phone call outside the room. There was no towels while I was there. I had a shower somewhere else very unimpressed with the way that this property was managed.

This hotel was so bad that i begged to cancel my second night. Its like being in the projects of hotels. The bed felt worse than a jailhouse mat. Stayed at Holiday Inn Express for my second night and finally got a good nights sleep.

Horrible worse time of my life never again.

Horrible it was a night mare. First day upon arrival they charged a deposit once enter the room it was dirty,brokendown,beds uncomfortable,showers disgusting,fridge did not work,no coffee machine in room,no blow-dryer,room smelled,there where flies that bit at night. There where toys spread in the common hallways making it a fall risk People smoking Marijuana in common areas outside the room at pool.People with ankle bracelets under house arrest.People doing Drug deals in hallways.First night no sleep people slamming doors and fighting.2 night we spent all day out of that place did not want to even go back again no sleep beds are horrible and when you turn they make a horrible slamming metal sound.3 day while at pool there was an argument between a couple in room 221 a men came out with a hand gun.Brought my family into room woke up very early the next day and left. I really Don't understand how Hotel.com has this place in there website.Unless you are in house arrest and need a place to stay or a drug dealer user or homeless DO NOT BOOK THERE.

Horrendous

This place was absolutely horrendous!!! From the dirty wash clothe in the shower to the broken toilet paper holder to the bed that had the worst mattress from 1940 maybe on it. The mattress was literally filled with blood stains like some died on it. The door had duck tape all over it with no chain lock and a gap large enough to see outside even when it was completely closed. I just needed to sleep a few hours and this place was so gross. I literally felt like someone might bust through the door. I actually moved other furniture in front of the door. If you looking for a place to do drug deal or a wam bam thank you mam then this might be the place for you but it your looking to take a shower and get some rest this is not the place to do it.

Owner demanded service animal paperwork. Told my wife that she needed to explain her disability because she (the owner) was in a mobility scooter and she didn’t need a service dog so why does my wife. Tiles were falling off wall in bathroom exposing black mold. Toilet loose from floor. Leak near window caused water to pool up on the floor and whatever was near it got soaked. Staff walked in my room without knocking or any other kind of notice.

This was the most filthiest hotel I ever stayed in! Just look at the lamp shade and all the photos! There wasn’t a smoke alarm!! The bed. Floor. Walls, bathroom, bedding all filthy!!
