"Clean room and bathroom, quite and nice staff"

"Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. "Nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Enough space for one or two people and very quiet. It is in a good location for getting in to town and to Victoria station. My train was delayed and I ended up arriving 3 hours after the arranged check in time, I kept the team updated and they were very responsive on messages and arrived with in a few minutes of me arriving at the property. Will stay here again."

Access and lock box in a separate location so don’t head straight to property. Check in process needs large deposit and ID uploaded, but we only got told 1 hour before. Bed sheets so creased that it made sleeping uncomfortable, terrible bedding! Coffee supplied weirdly does not dissolve in hot water. Lobby/Foyer shown you do not pass...
