Fully renovated in 2021 with quality materials and fully equipped, you will enjoy staying in this 33m² apartment with elegant and tasteful decoration.
The location is ideal, right in the historic district, with restaurants and shops just steps away. Parking options are available 10 and 15 minutes on foot.

The apartment has an open living area with a lounge and TV, a small equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, freezer) with a dining area.
A lovely bedroom with a high-quality 160/200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Please note that this apartment is on the first floor accessible by a steep spiral staircase, typical of the region. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who have trouble moving around.
Rue du Dauphin is currently closed to traffic. To make your arrival easier, we suggest using Rue de la République.

To make your stay easy and peaceful, the apartment has a smart lock. All necessary information will be sent to you before your arrival so you can easily access your accommodation.
