"Let me start with the good points: 1) hotel is clean; 2) You feel safe in an otherwise sketchy building; 3) shower works well. "Make no mistakes about it, this is not a hotel. There is no lobby to talk about nor a restaurant to go to as in a real hotel. These are practically rooms for rent in a big building with lots of small stores on the ground floor - cellphone stores, small restaurants, etc. This makes the corridors going to the elevator to access the higher floors where the rooms are a bit crowded.
